• $12,000 for tile & tile installation
• $8,000 for carpet and installation
• $15,000 for doors and trim
• $5,000 for additional painting
• $9,000 for parking lot lighting
• $18,000 for tress and landscaping
• $17,500 for seating
• $4,000 for cabinetry
• $22,500 for sound, lighting and projection equipment
• $5,000 for additional paint and finish material
• $5000 for furnishing for children’s and nursery area
• $4,000 for parking lot striping
• $15,000 contingency and misc
